ATTENTION - If your hat is a little too big and you think you might need a smaller size, please send us an email at email@example.com and let us know. We will send you over some hat sizing strips to see if we can get it sized up a little for you. If that works (and it often does!), it saves you the $$ it would cost you to send the hat back and us the $$ it would cost to send you a smaller size. We like saving time and money and we think that you probably do too! So please email us and give that a shot first!
If that doesnt fix the problem or you need to return or exchange a hat for another reason, here is what you came for:

You may return any unused products within 30 days of receiving them for a full refund of your purchase price or an exchange. The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in the condition you received them and include any branded box and/or packaging for full credit (minus shipping fees) to be issued. No credit or exchange will be issued if the product shows signs of use. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer. Once we have received your return at our warehouse, we will refund your credit card and send you an email stating that your return is completed. Credits normally take 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card statement.
Please do not return your product to the return address on the shipping label on the box. Sometimes, this address can be a distribution warehouse that does not process returns. All returns should be sent to our corporate office and warehouse listed above.
In order to exchange merchandise, please complete the returns section on the front side of the returns and exchanges form with the items you are exchanging. In the exchanges section, list the new item(s) you would like to receive. If the items cost less than the items you are sending back, you will be credited with the difference. If the items cost more than the items you are sending back, we will get in touch with you in regards to payment. Please allow 14 days for your exchange to be processed.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs to Fedoras.com for exchanges of hats that they do not like or that do not fit. Fedoras.com will cover shipping costs for the new size or style hat that is sent to the customer in exchange.
