- Fedoras.com is a small, family run business based in the beautiful state of Virginia. We've been your favorite online hat store since 2006, which in internet years, practically makes us dinosaurs! At the time, we realized that, if you dont have a hat store close to you (which most of us dont anymore), you need someone to bring the store to you! The answer, of course, was to build a place to shop for hats online, and thats how Fedoras.com was born! We want to be the best place for you to buy hats online!
- Our goal is to help you elevate your style with our vast collection of designer hats for men and women. Whatever style you might want, we want to carry it for you! Q: 'Where will the order ship from? How long will it take? Where do you ship to? How are the orders packaged?'
- All of our orders ship out in 1-3 business days from our warehouses in the United States to our loyal customers in the US and Canada via ground shipping (USPS, UPS, FedEx). No weeks long waits for orders from China here! We only ship from domestic warehouses in the USA.
- Shipping notification with tracking information will be provided by email as soon as the order is shipped so that you can track it to your door. We do not ship internationally (besides Canada) at this time.
- All of our hats come in sturdy cardboard shipping boxes with plenty of packing material to make sure that they make it to our customers in perfect condition.
Q: "Why doesnt this hat show a specific size/color? What about this specific hat that I cant find!?"
- If you find a hat, but the size/color that you want isnt currently coming up available, it may just temporarily be out of stock. Send us an email at help@fedoras.com, let us know what you are looking for, and we will get you an ETA on when it will be back in stock. Or if you want a hat that you can't find currently on our site, email us as well. We can often get a hat for you, even if you dont see it listed for sale currently.
Q: "This hat isnt working for me. It's too big/small/wrong color/funny looking/not exactly what I wanted. How do I return/exchange this hat?"
