Great Looking

I just received this hat and couldn't wait to steam the front of the brim just the way I wanted it. I have to say, for the price, this is a fantastic looking hat. The only minor glitch is that its a little too big but that was fixed with a thin leather strip placed under the hat band. I tried it on with a black double breasted suit and its exactly the look I'd hoped for. My thanks to the folks at The Fedora Store for their promptness and answering all my questions to my satisfaction. There will be more orders in the future.

I've owned this hat for a year now. The size runs true, XL being fine for 7 5/8. It holds it's shape nicely, and the premium wool seems denser than other wool felts I have tried judging by how it turns the rain. Many people who see it assume it's much dearer in price than it is!

I've had one of these hats in grey for 4 years, It's still in perfect condition other than the color is starting to fade, I plan to buy a new one soon.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
